id say its more like a private guild of professionals than a casual based forum just for wares like mfg or archive or mffa etc the more your rank rises the more stuff you can access and stuff which is cool.
you have to contribute and be social to keep an account there which imo is fair. Its an awesome community but you only get out what you put in from my experience. maybe one of the last true communities or mugen teams still active out there from the old days.
Newagemugen makes the best stages and screenpacks. To really see what I mean, take a look at Anderson's infamous 4v4 Old School Mario battle. This means that, if the opponent is barely doing any damage to him.which is very common if he is facing himself.a round can drag on for longer than it should, and you'll probably have that Mario death sound stuck in your head by the end of it. He takes damage like a normal fighter, but whenever he is damaged, the game pauses for him to have a little death animation. What's annoying about him, though, is how he is damaged. In addition, through the use of RNG, you also got some assists that can harm the opponent or himself.and that includes the OHKO Big Bertha. Again, very fun, but of heavy risk and reward. You don't want to get hurt by your own assists, especially since he cannot block. That being the jumping being his main form of attacking, as well as the Super Jump Punch from Smash Bros. Gameplay-wise, despite being based on Mario Teaches Typing, he plays more like Mario in the standard platformers. Very fun to play as, but annoying as hell to fight and watch.
